Wow. Just... wow. People can get so over-reactive over the tiniest things, huh?

I do not see in any how their actions were unreasonable.

Totally agree. Everybody knows that you need lots of volume when gaming, and everybody knows that it's impossible to be wrong on the Internet... So they both took action.

Seriously, who hasn't thrown a blunt object at a friend/family member for interrupting their gaming?

I once threw a brick at my female friend's face for interrupting me while I was playing Zelda.

True story.

Game sound is actually very important in a game that takes skill if your playing it at very high levels. But at that point, you will use a headset, and WOW doesn't need any volume..but just wanted to put that out there.

The thing that bothers me most isn't the fact of the killings.

It's the fact that a news site is using such poor grammer.

They should be arrested for abusing the English language.

Killing someone over an online argument, wow just wow.

The stabbing someone over being a douche whilst you're trying to sleep, not so far fetched,

two really pissed off people = easy escalation into something stupid.

two pissed off people one person being rather irate as it was likely an ongoing argument, and the other being one of us typical uncaring gaming douche bags = even easier escalation.

Not very surprising.

But, my opinion is easily askewed, as, I get pissed rather easily, and have struck several people for less, eating my burrito when there's no other food left in the house, scratching my copy of halo 3, puking in the bathroom and not having the common decency to clean it up, waking me up when i finally fall asleep after a few days of insomnia, smoking my last cigarette without asking. The list goes on.

But none of which did i put in the hospital for it when i struck them, mostly just a playful nudge. So, the whole stabby stabby thing, just a little bit extreme.

Shit gets crazy when you live with roomies.
